Ziel dieses Programms ist es, ehemalige NS-Funktion\u00e4re aus politischen Machtpositionen zu entfernen und NS-Kriegsverbrechen in <span class='hurraki_tooltip' data-title='Deutschland' style='border-bottom:2px dotted #888;'>Deutschland<\/span> und \u00d6sterreich zu untersuchen und strafrechtlich zu verfolgen.\u00a0 2,5 Millionen Deutsche allein in den Westzonen m\u00fcssen sich zu den Vorw\u00fcrfen \u00e4u\u00dfern, aber es werden nur 1,4 % der Angeklagten f\u00fcr schuldig befunden. Viele Personen gelten als einfache Mitl\u00e4ufer. Der Prozess der Strafverfolgung ist oft kurz und oberfl\u00e4chlich.
